1. Bespoke Orders & Fittings
Each custom garment produced by Twin Brother Tailoring & Boutique is cut and hand-tailored according to individual specifications agreed upon during consultation. Because bespoke garments are unique to each client's physique, we schedule one or more trial fittings to ensure precision before final hand-finishing.
2. Pricing & Estimates
Tailoring pricing depends on chosen fabric, canvas construction, embroidery intricacy, and styling details. Estimates are provided during the direct consultation. We do not publish automated fixed price lists for custom garments without reviewing design requirements.
3. Alterations Policy
Initial minor adjustments following the final bespoke fitting are included as part of our commitment to a perfect fit. For external garments brought in for alterations, fees are quoted based on garment complexity and work involved.
4. School Uniform Tailoring
School uniforms (such as the Madanrting Presbyterian Higher Secondary School specifications and other institutional patterns) are constructed according to verified school dress code standards. Bulk orders or seasonal batches must be scheduled in advance of academic term openings.
5. Inquiries & Appointments
Submitting an enquiry through this website or generating a WhatsApp message does not constitute an automatically binding order. An appointment or order is confirmed only when reviewed and acknowledged directly by our team.
